By using the site or submitting the audit form, you accept these terms.
The free audit
We offer a free, no-obligation review of your payment processing arrangements. Submitting the form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed further. Any audit, figures or recommendations we provide are for your information only; we do not guarantee particular savings or outcomes, and any figures depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us.
Uploading a statement
If you upload a merchant statement, you confirm that you are authorised to share it and that doing so does not breach any agreement you have with a third party. You grant us permission to review the statement and its contents solely to prepare your audit. Please upload a full monthly merchant statement and avoid including unrelated personal or banking details. Uploaded statements are handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, upload malicious files, or submit information you are not entitled to share.
Our content
The content, branding and design of this site belong to Modular Consultancy Ltd unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
We provide the site and the free audit with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the audit or from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
